Earlier this week, I posted the ballot of 26 semifinalists vying for a spot in Startup Alley at ABA TECHSHOW 2020. Now I am removing one of the startups for failure to properly qualify.

Our call for entries specified the criteria for eligibility to compete. One was that the company had never before exhibited at a national legal technology conference.

After posting the ballot this week, it was brought to my attention that one of the companies had exhibited several times at national conferences. After confirming this with the company, I am removing it from the ballot.
